At Dropouts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
